How COD Works

1. **At Delivery**

- Inspect package for damage

- Request OTP verification

- Pay exact amount to agent

Who Can Use COD?

• All customers in eligible areas
• Maximum order value: ₹10,000
• First-time buyers may have limits
• Account-verified users preferred

Eligibility Check

Your location's COD eligibility depends on:

• Distance from warehouse
• Historical delivery success
• Return rate in your area
• Security tier

COD Fees

• Order under ₹500: Free
• Order ₹500-₹2,000: ₹10 fee
• Order above ₹2,000: ₹20 fee
• Displayed at checkout

Cancel COD Order

Can be cancelled:

• Before dispatch (same day)
• You won't be charged
• Refund of product cost
• Fee is non-refundable if charged

After dispatch, cancellation involves return and refund.
