What is a GST Invoice?
An invoice with GST details for:
- B2B purchases
- Tax filing
- Bulk orders

Standard invoices don't show GST breakdown. GST invoices do.

How to Request
Method 1: At Checkout
- Go to checkout
- Scroll to "Billing Details"
- Toggle "Request GST Invoice"
- Enter your GSTIN
- Company name and address
- Complete order
Method 2: After Order
- Go to **Account** → **Orders**
- Find the order
- Click **Invoice**
- Click **Request GST Invoice**
- Enter GSTIN details
- Submit
Required Details
For GST invoice, you need:
- **GSTIN**: Your 15-digit GST ID
- **Company name**: Registered business name
- **Address**: Registered office address
- **PAN**: (Optional, for verification)
Processing Time
- Request submitted immediately
- Invoice generated within 24-48 hours
- Sent via email
- You can download anytime
Multiple Invoices
If order has multiple sellers:
- Each seller issues own GST invoice
- All sent to your email
- Match to invoice copies field in order
Invoice Format
GST invoice includes:
- GSTIN numbers (yours + seller's)
- HSN/SAC codes
- Tax rate (5%, 12%, 18%, 28%)
- IGST / SGST / UTGST breakdown
- Total value with tax
Using for Tax Filings
- Download and save invoices
- Use for Input Tax Credit (ITC)
- Valid for GST filing
- Retain copies for 6 years
- Required during GST audits

If GST invoice not received:
- Check email (spam folder)
- Request again from order
- Contact seller directly
- Contact our support team
