Refund Status & Timeline
How Refunds Work
After you initiate a return, here's what happens:
Stage 1: Return Initiated (Immediate)
- Return is created in the system
- Pickup is scheduled for next 1-2 days
- You'll receive SMS/email with pickup details
Stage 2: In Transit (1-3 days)
- Delivery agent collects from your address
- Item is in transit to warehouse
Stage 3: Received at Warehouse (1 day)
- Item arrives at warehouse
- Initial scanning and verification
Stage 4: Quality Check (2-3 days)
- Item is examined for condition
- Packaging checked
- All accessories verified
Stage 5: Refund Approved (1 day)
- Quality check complete
- Refund approved in system
Stage 6: Refund Credited (5-7 business days)
- Amount credited to original payment method
- May take longer for bank transfers
Checking Your Refund Status
- Open the returned order from your account
- Scroll to "Refund Timeline"
- See current stage and expected completion
Refund Issues?
If your refund is delayed:
- Check that your refund was approved
- Verify original payment method is still active
- Contact support with order number
- We'll investigate and expedite if needed
Note: Bank refunds can take 7-14 days to appear due to bank processing times.
